Alors que des touristes navigue à proximité du fjord Tracy Arm, en Alaska, un énorme morceau du glacier tombe dans l'océan. Pendant un moment, les spectateurs reste en admiration devant la puissance de la nature, le temps de l'excitation laisse place à une certaine panique. D'énormes morceaux de glace retombent sur les plaisanciers alors qu'ils pensaient être à l'abri.

While boating near the Tracy Arm Fjord in Alaska, an enormous hunk of the ice mountain melted off and splashed into the ocean. For a moment the viewers just stood in awe of nature’s power, but then the ‘excitement’ got a little too close. Huge ice balls pelted the boaters as they ran for shelter.

Le premier brevet décrivant la notion d'embarcation utilisant des foils est déposé en 1869 par le français Emmanuel Farcot, ingénieur mécanicien, auteur de nombreux brevets. Ce n'est qu'après presque un siècle et demi que la première vedette utilisant des foils voit le jour!!!!
