Une nouvelle tendance née du funambulisme est l'utilisation d'une slackline ou slack (traduction de l'anglais "ligne lâche"). Elle compte quelques amateurs très éclairés comme Jaan Roose et Tauri Vahesaar d'origine estonienne. Voici quelques unes de leurs performances misent en scène dans cette petite vidéo.
